They are sturdy enough to use over and over if you take care of them. I use the warming pads designed to help germinate the seeds quickly. I tried the peat pellets for some seeds but I think they restrict root growth too much so they worked better with using the clear inserts and a good potting soil. The clear covers helps hold moisture inside which is recommended when using the warming pads in case you forget to water when needed.
- The trays can be easily labeled for organization
- The dome doesn't fit securely on the tray, causing moisture to escape.
