This Wezvix stainless steel pan is of better quality than I would have expected from any other brand. This pan isn't flimsy or small, that's for sure! The stainless steel used in the pan is inherently nice and thick, making it a bit heavy. It can also fit a fairly large bird, I would say at least 15lbs, maybe even up to 20lbs depending on the shape. You get the pan itself, a U-shaped wire that keeps the meat from touching the bottom. Broilers, a few notched things for turning or moving the meat, and a pipette which is pretty good on its own. There is no lid, yes I can use foil but a lid would be nice! Overall I'm very happy with it and would recommend it!
