Review on ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Adjustable Bed Sheet Clips: Heavy Duty Straps and Grippers for Mattresses, Sofas, Couches, and More by Carol Long

Excellent support and tension

I was looking for something that would keep the sheets from popping out of the corners of my queen size mattress and also something that would keep the sheets from wrinkling. I have sensitive skin and the creases in the sheets feel like razor blades, so I had to keep the sheets extremely narrow across the entire mattress throughout the night. I bought a crib strap which is great at keeping sheets from slipping out of the corners and great at keeping sheets top to bottom. Unfortunately, to keep the sheets from wrinkling from side to side, the elastic also needs 2 extra clips for each (long) side of the mattress. However, the bed elastics, paired with 2 of these clips, adjustable bungee cords hold the sheets in place enough for you to bounce a quarter on! I am grateful that I found this product. If you want your sheets to be completely wrinkle free you will need either a couple of these ties top to bottom and side to side or one elastic for the bed and 2 or 3 of these elastics for the side to side only. The straps aren't as easy to attach as bed elastics, but they're worth it if like me you're prone to wrinkling. If you're concerned that the staples will cause the sheets to tear, read on. After I unpacked the rubber band for bed, the tears didn't bother me anymore. I was more concerned that the clips wouldn't hold at all and would break easily because they're plastic. They have crocodile-like crests on their gripping surface. These clips held tight and have not yet broken or torn the leaves. These extra bungee straps that I installed side-to-side have metal clips with no prongs. I was sure they would lose their footing and tear the sheets. To my surprise, they grabbed the sheets in a stranglehold and still didn't bring tears. The length of the strap is adjustable. It's almost impossible to adjust the length of the straps once you have them under your mattress, so you'll need to adjust them as much as possible before attaching the straps. Note. It's easier to lengthen it when it's under the mattress than to shorten it. So if you're not quite sure how long to make it, start with a small shortening and, if necessary, lengthen just enough to allow the clasps to close and still have plenty of tension on the strap. I am very satisfied with both products and can only recommend them.
