I made the mistake of using the feedback for sizing purposes. I'm 5' 11" and 268 pounds and while i could connect the zipper together on the vest, there was no way in hell that I was going to be able to zip it all the way up. I think people were a little generous with their weights and sizes when they provided their feedback! To be generous, I'll say that it depends on your shape. I'm more of a belly guy so maybe that's why i couldn't zip it up. I would suggest you check their website for proper sizing. I'm going to return my XL and get the next size up.
