So I've used a sauna suit before and used a waist trimmer but to have a waist trimmer sauna suit in one is where it's at. It doesn't crinkle up around the mid section area like a normal sauna suit and does rise up like a regular waist trimmer. This just works well and is comfortable. I sometimes forget I'm even wearing it at the gym. I got an XL and it fit nice and snug like a L. I'm 240 5'9" with a stocky build in the military.

This seems to be a good product overall. I like the zipper front and the extra waist support from the Velcro straps. The quality appears good also. I have worn this product about 6-7 times already and it creates a good sweat around midsection. I have an issue with the size/comfortability. There appears to be some stretching that had occurred during exercising that has stretched the fabric. I cannot get it tighter and now I have bunching around the midsection which is uncomfortable.

I personally would recommend getting because it will make you sweat all over. Very effective and some what comfortable. I bought one for my dad and myself. He likes wearing it when he goes on long walks. I use it to actually work out at home. It's good in that it heats up your body fast, but I don't find myself sweating as much near my core or back. I've used different of these sauna vests before so I am familiar with what good quality is. This one is good for it's price.

I wore this almost daily for working out and under my regular clothes. it was comfortable and fit me well. i got an XL i am 6 ft even and about 250-260 lbs. The waist part of the vest could be annoying and ride up when you would sit down. Using this has helped me with the gym for the first few days using it, however it causes major skin irritation. Saw that it contains neoprene and my skin reacts to it badly so I will stop using it. Please consider using other material for the future.
