Top quality good for me

Ok this is a game changer for me I were this while I work all day and yes it will have you sweat in the best way first day I tried it weather was 5 degrees outside in Chicago I felt great and everyone said I lost weight its very comfortable and the additional strap on the front you can keep adjusting to your needs I love it. I'm 275 I got 2x perfect.

Will help maximize your work out

If you are wanting to burn extra calories while you work out this will help get the job done. 45 min work out and I wore a shirt under the vest to help trap sweat and I could literally wring sweat out at the end it looked like I just got out of the pool.

I used it without fat burning cream

It’s itchy as hell. I washed it and it still has me feeling itchy and left my fat-dominals little bumps. It felt great on my back when I used it for work. I give it four stars because it made me sweat a lot after using it for a week I did notice that my stomach looked more compressed for lack of better words.

Gets you sweating quickly

I use it for my runs and exercising. Makes you sweat. The waist portion does not truly wrap around your waist and the compression of the waist portion is not as snug as a typical waist trainer.

good product, one problem

this is a great product. im a big guy and medium was good, tight but able to close. the only thing i dont like is that the waistband cant be pulled. it seems stationary so you cant tighten it more. also, its velcro so when you close it, you have to do it absolutely perfect of there is clumping where it connects. great product. would get again

Well made but check the sizing on their website

I made the mistake of using the feedback for sizing purposes. I'm 5' 11" and 268 pounds and while i could connect the zipper together on the vest, there was no way in hell that I was going to be able to zip it all the way up. I think people were a little generous with their weights and sizes when they provided their feedback! To be generous, I'll say that it depends on your shape. I'm more of a belly guy so maybe that's why i couldn't zip it up. I would suggest you check their website for…

I bought it because I thought it would help my posture.

I have a back injury. This vest not only does what it is supposed to do but it is a great back brace. I wear this at work and my favorite part is the length. Since it’s length goes right about the belt line it’s easy to tuck in and doesn’t migrate. I will probably buy a second one for a backup.

I ordered this in May. It’s the second I’ve own, with the other being from a different company.This one was better by far. Has a comfortable fit to the point I’ve worn it to the gym, on a bike ride and just around the house to get a feel for it. Good sauna suit good for me

Wow , this suit makes me suede like a fountain, after running 3 to 4 miles , like it so far , feel my waist like is burning.I do recommend.

Amazing Item will Purchase Again (Now in a smaller size)

Pros: Defiantly makes you sweat extra and slims your body as well. I use mine on a daily basis at the gym. Very much helps with back support as well not only with normal wear but as well as help with lifting. Not sure if item is streching out or I'm actually losing size around my torso.
