Trying this out to help me be more conscious of my posture and gut. I've only been wearing it for a couple of days now and already I've noticed I'm holding my abs in tighter, and I'm more aware of my posture. Every time I move, it's a reminder, because this trainer is tight on me (the way it should be), and I feel it squeeze me when I move. It will absolutely make you sweat, even if you're not active; and it takes a lot to make me sweat. It does exactly what it's supposed to. There's the typical smell that comes with a neoprene product, but that's the only downside I can think of. I'm glad I bought this.
