I bought this instead of the woman's conterpart BECAUSE the arm openings on the woman's are to restrictive and cannot accommodate additional layers of clothing--I like to bundle up underneath wearing multiple layers.the men's is also longer which helps since I have a longer torso.For me this is a great option.
