Even in chair yoga, we get up from the chair and do some standing poses. I wear size 8.5 shoes but need orthotics. So sometimes I need to increase the size by half or even full size. I ordered these and they fit my orthotics perfectly! They are made of very soft leather so it feels like I'm barefoot with the support I need. I can do all sitting and standing positions, not perfect, but it takes a miracle.
