Doesn't work universally - phones can't have cases
I was so excited to use this once installed (which was very easy) but I put my phone with the case on the mount and when it did collapsed to grab the phone, my phone is too big. I don't even have a case that big - it only fits 2 credit cards. This is the standard size for most otter cases and not even the largest. I wish it was really generic.
