I have a 32g BioCube with standard LED lighting and thought (according to Coralife) that it would be enough to grow a reef. Not correct. My corals just never seemed happy. Corals lived about 3-4 months, got sad and then died. I just didn't get it. I switched to that light and everything, even the fish, just came alive. I don't know if this is a coincidence but I have two clownfish and they have completely ignored the anemones in my tank since I got the anemones a few months ago. Literally the next morning after I installed this light, one of the clowns started treating one of the anemones. I couldn't believe it. I don't know if the light had anything to do with it, but this development seems to correlate. Anyway, I'll be posting an update in a few months, but for now I'm enjoying it. Beautiful color, great range of color and intensity adjustments, and the shimmer is gorgeous.
