I have a 32g BioCube with standard LED lighting and thought (according to Coralife) that it would be enough to grow a reef. Not correct. My corals just never seemed happy. This flashlight is ready to go. I removed the top of my Red Sea Max 130d and used an inTank acrylic cap to cover the filter and have this gooseneck light with 90° nozzle and controller. The only thing I needed were electronic ties. The light is very quiet. Automation with a controller works like clockwork. The corals in my tank are loving it after 1 week. I tried using controller acclimation and it was too weak. I use light 13 hours a day, about 4 hours of moonlight and a peak intensity of 80°.

Beautiful and bright for planted aquarium plants, dwarf hairgrass and dwarf teardrop baby will grow. Intensity customization is what sets this product apart, along with the ability to customize the color. Expensive for a seemingly small product, but very bright.
