This purchase was the first and immediately 3 pcs. light bulbs, brought model YNDX-00018 There were no problems with connecting, everything is quite simple and according to the instructions everything worked out the first time. I set it up through the Alice Smart Home application, after connecting the light bulb, they wrote that a firmware ate was required (there was firmware version 1.0.7) to a new one, but as soon as you click to ate the firmware, the application thinks and writes that you have the latest firmware version and no ate is required. The first day the bulbs worked well, without failures, but at night one bulb went crazy, it started to turn on by itself, blinking in different colors, and this was about 2 am . I managed to correct the situation only by unscrewing it from the chandelier base . In the morning I reconnected the bulb for new, but after an hour the same glitches started, then it turns on itself, then it loses connection . A day later, the lamp stopped connecting to wifi at all . And the other two bulbs work fine. I ordered another light bulb, since there are three cartridges in the chandelier . They brought exactly the same but already version YNDX-00010 - this light bulb immediately after connecting also requested to ate the firmware and, to my surprise, immediately ated to version 1.02022 and is currently working in tandem with the other two it’s fine, so far without failures . Regarding the buggy, defective light bulb, I wrote to the support service and told everything that I wrote above - but so far they haven’t made any decisions . In my limited experience, I can only say one thing, that the YNDX-00018 series of light bulbs, most likely in many copies, may turn out to be defective, if out of three, one is not working at all and the other two could not ate the firmware!
