I weighed several seat cover options for my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and after some discussion settled on EKR custom covers. Patience is required for several reasons. It took six weeks to ship from China to the US and took about 1-2 hours to install correctly. These seat covers are made of neoprene and fit like a glove. The video on their YouTube channel describes the installation, and after watching it a few times it's pretty easy. Sometimes there are problems with pulling the belts under the seats and removing the rear seats. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking to protect their seats. I have a 2020 Crosstrek Limited and love the leather seats but with two small children and a dog I needed more protection. If in doubt, let the photos convince you otherwise.
