Review on Camco 44323 Thumb Operated Offset by Todd Hauff

This camlock worked great for what I needed I had a small door on my camper trailer that gave access to an external faucet, fresh water connection, pump switch and black water drain . The little fucking doorknob closed and drove me crazy. The key never came out without a fight, and I never understood why it had to be a lock in the first place? Anyway, I bought this latch to replace that lock and ease my frustration. It worked almost perfectly. The hole may have been a little larger than intended, but it still fit and tightened. I didn't even have to bend the cam to rotate and snap like you sometimes do with these. The design is not the most durable, but with infrequent use I do not see any particular problems in it. I gave it 4 stars because it's fairly cheaply made and I'm pretty sure the material will rust/corrode as the finishes aren't the best. (Must be rust free!) But then again I think it should be fine with occasional use.
