This product was meant to be a present. The recipient of it was completely satisfied.Myself, I have been using this product for years, always for muscular pain. Lately I am using it for pain in the lombar spine where I have 3 discs (not hernias) with protruding disc and this humid heat instantly helps reliving the pain.Soon I am ordering a new one because it is a bit worn out, but after so many years it keeps working perfectly.I recommed, after heating in the microwave, to put it into a small pillow to protect it from dirt.
