There's a surprising amount of care instructions. Some is common, like don't put in dishwasher, don't use sharp utensils on it, but there's more that isn't common. I don't really know why that is, non-stick is non-stick, to me.It's sturdy, has a bit of weight to it, and that's good. It hasn't warped or had any issues for me.The textured bottom is also different for me, I haven't had one like that.
