This is a really excellent baking pan. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the pan is heavyweight steel and has an unusual textured surface on the bottom that gives the pan nonstick properties as well as leaves food perfectly browned on the bottom. I placed uncooked canned biscuits directly onto this pan, without coating the pan at all. I didn't use any butter, cooking spray, nothing. There's a surprising amount of care instructions. Some is common, like don't put in dishwasher, don't use sharp utensils on it, but there's more that isn't common. I don't really know why that is, non-stick is non-stick, to me.It's sturdy, has a bit of weight to it, and that's good. It hasn't warped or had any issues for me.The textured bottom is also different for me, I haven't had one like that. Love this pan! Thick, sturdy, non stick (so far), easy to clean! Cooks evenly, no warping. Great for baking treats as well as savory dishes! Made thanksgiving a snap! Would definitely recommend.

The pan is heavier than expected, but it performs wonderfully. Our first batch of brownies came out perfectly - came out of this pan perfectly, too. The pan was easy to clean - just a swish. It’s nice to have a new pan this size - 9X13 - as it can be used for so many things. Next will probably be a lasagna, which will come out of the pan so nicely! Good choice!

I purchased this product not thinking it would be so sturdy, and easy to clean, and more importantly nothing so far has stuck to bottom of pan. If you are thinking of purchasing, don’t hesitate. The best cake pan I have ever had.

This has a little weight to it because it is made so durably. This is not made cheap that's for sure. I still have to rub it with oil and heat like instructed. I'm sure this is going to last me a good long while if I take care of it. I'm very happy with it. If you're into quality made items.this is for you.
