Remember that there are three model numbers that can fall into the same rating bucket. My review relates to the 48097A model. I ordered ivory and it is beautiful. The assembly was very easy, no parts were missing. The chair cushions are a bit hard but comfortable. The lumbar adjustment is a practical feature. Chair adjustments are made with mechanisms similar to a "paddle shifter" just like a derailleur/brake lever cable system. This feature is AWESOME! And nowhere in the product description is this feature mentioned. I'm not sure how they will hold up in the long run. But for now I am very happy with this purchase.
