Worthy chair 4 stars not 5 stars for the following reasons:1. Doesn't "lower” far enough2. The hip area should be longer. I'm 5'7" and my hips (lower seat) are too short, 3. This is an attractive chair, but I wish there were more color options. The back isn't high enough for a head/neck rest.

I bought 'used - like new' and was missing a wheel. I bought a new set as the chair is still very comfortable. I have scoliosis and the upper lumbar support feels great when I work long hours at my desk. I think a new one would still be worth it, but if you have hardwood floors like me, you should still get better wheels. Also, you need 5 wheels, not 4.

Very comfortable and supportive chair for petite people. I'm 5″ 2″ tall and mid lumbar works perfectly. The footrest is a good idea to maximize ergonomics. The seat depth is less, so this is the first office chair I've used that can actually lie flat on the backrest. Very thick pillow. The cable mechanism is cheaply made. The assembly instructions were hidden under a piece of styrofoam on a chair cushion. Very small font. I assembled it myself, but with two people it would be much easier.

The assembly was very easy, no parts were missing. The chair cushions are a bit hard but comfortable. The lumbar adjustment is a practical feature.
