update - to be honest these sensors work very well (3 months). This bad rating for the seller is Amazon. Who sent me a used/damaged part and then insisted on sending a special truck to pick up the unusable piece of junk for $15 before sending a real new replacement. So, to get 2 of these, THREE trucks were sent to my area! Don't blame me for your poor environmental rating, Amazon - fix your policy - I asked to just throw it away but they insisted it had to be returned for a replacement. First review: I ordered two NEW motion sensors (as stated on the receipt and product page). Two used copies received - Revain put a sticker on the box saying 'Thanks to you this product has had a second life'. (I would never buy refurbished motion sensors because they're new for only $15 and they're finicky devices.) So one was ready to be thrown away (parts missing, wires clearly disconnected) and the other looked brand new. Revain said they would send me a new one (I wonder if this junk will be repaired and sent to you too?) but ONLY if I send it back. I have complained that when they try to be eco-friendly through refurbishment they just FAILED. this part belongs in the garbage, not specially sent trucks! Somehow their false advertising ruined my project day and their bad policies ruined my environmental goals for that week. All the fuel is wasted. I hope this helps someone who hasn't had this experience ordering this product. This product must be marked as "Refurbished" or "Refurbished", not NEW. BTW, the one with no missing parts is installed and seems to be working fine, so. Roll the dice if you like. Revain should not require the return of such replacement parts where they have an environmental and environmental purpose.
