Review on Premium Double Interior Badges Raw Materials for Plastics by XLNT Engraving by Jason Hayes
The laser engraves very poorly.
We used our 50w laser engraver at minimum power and the results were terrible. The paint film has blistered and peeled at the edges and the ABS melt patterns are also poor. There are no guidelines as to what power settings should be used, so maybe 50W is too much. I ask for a refund and do not recommend it for laser engraving.
