Pretty disappointed overall. I use Razer products for my peripherals. Keyboard: Razer Ornata Chroma Mouse: Razer Naga Trinity Headphones: Razer Kraken Neither product works with K/M ports so I have two usable ports for 4 devices (there is also a webcam but it works fine with this kvm). Apparently the hotkey switch doesn't work since the keyboard doesn't work in the K/M ports. Headphones basically break KVM if plugged into any port - they don't work and other peripherals stop working. This actually happened on my last KVM so I figured it might be a power issue and bought it because of the 5V-IN and HDMI. It may not be using 5V to power the hub. I do not know. If you're using a basic keyboard/mouse, this might be enough for you. Otherwise there may be disappointment. I'll have to see if I can get the timeline I got it back with. Don't repeat my mistake - test it thoroughly before installing.
