A great daily practice

I loved the 6MD and bought the follow-up once I completed my first 6MD. This journal is equally beautiful and well laid out, with the daily prompts and monthly check-ins. I do like this journal's focus on checking in with yourself across many facets of your life, and the prompts are helpful unlike other journals that just say the same 3 things on every page.It's a great way to keep yourself aligned and look at the positives, while also striving to improve your life through better habits. Highly recommend!
