These slippers and so soft and comfy, I loved them when I first put them on. I have a wide foot with a high arch, so I ordered the size larger than I normally wear in shoes. As I wore them for the day, they began to mold to my foot and stretched out so that they now feel too big! I should have ordered my regular size.who knew? I'm afraid I've worn them too much to return, but I'm going to try to get the smaller size. I have no hesitation in ordering them again. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is amazing. I was contacted with personal email from Hanna and she was truly interested in my thoughts about the slippers. The story end is Hanna is sending new slippers in the right size.no problem with being worn. I am so thankful for the personal touch. It doesn't seem to happen often enough! Thank you Hanna!
