Great picture, great build quality. It is very easy to set up the stand. You don't need any tools for this, although a flathead screwdriver is optional. When the screen has a completely black background, there's a slight glow, but it's not noticeable at all when playing games or browsing the web. And I have a LG27GP950 4K monitor alongside this LG32GQ950 and the picture quality is on par with the LG27GP950 which surprised me as I thought a slightly smaller screen would be sharper. Not so. They are equal. Please note that if you want to use DisplayPort as the connection between your monitor and PC, be sure to use the cable that came with your monitor. I've had flickering issues with third party DisplayPort cables. Otherwise great monitor!
