Waste of money...: Anti-glare and privacy filter

First, it's too big for my monitor. I had to crop it (so I can't return it). Then it is impossible to squeeze out all the bubbles. That's not to say the film itself is curved, as mentioned in other comments. I've done everything according to the instructions, but I still can't get it to work.
