The product is the same as my OE 99 Explorer door lock operator, the reason I gave it 2 stars is because there are no instructions in the box which is steel circlip to install the rod painful in the ass and it's a bit sticky hope it works it really works i give a better rating when it gets cold hope it works when it's cold to open the door
