Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

Don't waste your money on this awful piece of furniture; I specifically requested a white chair and received one that was covered in grime. The manufacturer blames the Chinese. Since the bolts weren't labeled, I had to open the cover, search for a hole for the bolts, and cut a hole for fastening; however, the new arrangement is much preferable. If you're smart, the instructions will make you appear stupid, and there's nothing you can do about it. If I were you, I'd get your money back and buy a different chair; but not from this manufacturer or distributor. The company that sells them, if you are reading this, let's issue a refund and I will send your chair back to you for my mail is byvshih_maksim@mail. Ru; otherwise, I don't care. However, when you buy a chair for $20,000, you expect the quality of at least a clean product initially.

1) The materials used are of a repulsive quality. Second, the lines are crooked. Don't ask for white since it's nasty! 4) Unpleasant arm rests 5) You won't need a lumbar support because there's not much room in the chair.
