I'm impressed! Exactly the product deserves your attention.

A longtime fan of this brand, this is the second knife.
Definitely worth a lot of money.

Another note - the lining there is made of stainless steel, but the central part is made of metal that rusts. Therefore, you need to carefully monitor the condition of the blade, do not leave it in wet places.

Pros

Great knife! Excellent balance, mixing, very hard metal that keeps sharpening for a long time. You can not sharpen on a stone for several months, just fix it a little with musat and sharp again!

Cons

It is impossible to find out the model number of the knife - there are no designations on the box, except for the series designation.
