Multi-purpose measuring tool

I purchased this as a multi-purpose measuring tool. I plan to use it for sewing, as well as general body measurements for clothing size and general health awareness. I also measured my dog with it to make sure the new collar and harness I got were the right size.The tape measure is flexible and strong. The numbers and markings are large and clear and seem to be embedded into the tape, so they are unlikely to scratch off, even with friction on the surface.
