I work as a draftsman and field surveyor, and purchased this to measure a long driveway for a remote solar cabin. Even with the 4" wheels, I was able to take this roller over bumpy terrain and get a really accurate measurement verification. It's super easy to use right out of the box, the handle extends and twists to lock (no annoying clamps), and the action on the wheel bearings is smooth but not too loose. I'm glad I purchased this, as it will come in handy for many future projects! Also - it's super lightweight!
