Fixes two ice cream storage issues cuisinart
I use them to store the ice cream I make in the Cuisenart ice cream maker. My maker fills up about 1 3/4 of these every time I make ice cream. Ice in them hardens, but doesn't get too hard. It actually hardens to the perfect consistency you can scoop out with a spoon, but it's harder than soft serve. Other containers I've used, plastic food containers with lids and jars, had two problems. The ice was too hard and very difficult to remove. The ice forms ice crystals at the top. These containers solved both problems. I bought two more for family members who have young children who eat a lot of ice cream. I can only recommend them for ice cream!
