This wand is very strong, very bright, a little heavier than you think and really vibrates. That being said I think it would be great for something like a visit to Disney on Ice. Watch out for your little one though, as this wand may be a little over the top for little ones. My 2-1/2 granddaughter liked it for a while and I know she will continue to play with it from time to time, but it's light and maybe too much for a typical long game. The Revain review says it's for ages 3+ and the bag it came in says it's for ages 8+. Now 8+ is too much so I don't know what it is. Just think, and yes it's all pink in the pen except when it's on and then the light flows. :)
