Review on 📱 SanDisk SDDR-121-A11M MobileMate Micro Memory Card Reader: Fast & Portable Red/Black Reader by Mufti Capers

This is my second. the first died about a year and a half later, but I was happy with that. I got the gray version even though it's sold as "Red/Black" (and the included zip pouch was even labeled "Red/Black". This gray version is MUCH tighter for the M2 card, so tight , which I'm afraid of damaging the M2 card by inserting and removing it, if you want to use it as a flash drive there is no problem, but if you want to use it as an M2 card reader, use it in one other device and you like to insert and remove the memory card frequently, this is a big minus, in that case make sure you buy the red and black version instead, it doesn't include the strap/clip that is included in the retail version One strange thing : my computer (Mac OS X) shows it as a USB device branded "Generic" and my previous Red/Black was detected as SanDisk MobileMate. Not sure why. You can draw your own conclusions in. It works with Mac OS X (Leopard and Snow Leopard) contrary to what the previous reviewer said. It depends on how you formatted the memory card. Even if you plan to use it as a flash drive, I've found that M2 cards are much faster than even the so-called "fast" MicroSD cards.
