Review on 🍱 RapidFreeze Deli Food Containers with Lids, 16-Ounce, 36-Pack, 16 Oz - 2x Pack by Ronald Corcoran

I cook a lot at OAMC. I use the Foodsaver for a few things, but I needed a better way to freeze soups and stews. I love Reditans! I bought the 8 oz and 16 oz sizes. The lids close tightly, but that's what you need when freezing. Air is the enemy. After the food has cooled in the containers, I always take a piece of plastic wrap and press it onto the top of the food in the containers. This displaces excess air and adds another layer of air protection. After attaching the lid, I cut off the excess plastic wrap around the lid. Then place in the fridge overnight and then place in the freezer. Regardless of what container I've used, I've always had success using this method. You can't rely on popping the lid to get rid of excess air. I love how these containers fold up in the freezer. Using a ziplock bag and freezer is good. By the time you get to the bag with a little hole you didn't know it had or because you're moving around the freezer it gets punctured. Reditainer is my new way to freeze!
