Handle leaks in six months . Fantastic Customer Support
Been seeing water under handle for several weeks, small amount. Thought my wet hands left it there until today. The water is dripping from the handle. I'm going to try and figure out how to contact these guys and go from there. What "value" does a faucet have if the handle leaks in such a short time? . zero!UPDATE: Leak fixed! WEWE responded promptly, shipped a replacement cartridge along with an email containing very clear instructions and a video of exactly what I needed to do. I watched the less than 2 minute video, grabbed an adjustable wrench (they provided everything else including an allen wrench).I highly recommend WEWE for most importantly great customer support & fantastic "value" product whicy was easy to install and simple to repair under it's not $ five year warranty.
