If you buy this model knowing its limitations, this is a 4 star product. But if you buy it thinking it's the perfect, heavy-duty, full-size ironing board for everything, you'll be disappointed. As other reviewers point out, the "mechanism" can be a bit finicky (and it's not the smoothest thing in the world, even when installed properly). This is an oversized "touch-up" ironing board, but it also has limitations (e.g. you can't wear jeans on it, the folding mechanism can be unreliable). Overall I still give 4 stars. We installed it in the linen closet. Installation wasn't easy, but it worked great. Overall I think it's worth the money and I would buy it again.
