Excellent customer service!

Their customer service is awesome! I purchased the double track but then decided we could do with a single track with bypass. Contacted customer service and they sent the needed hardware for free. Prior to my purchase (both initially and when we changed our plans) they asked for specific measurements, made some suggestions, and made sure their product would work with what I planned to do. I really appreciate that a lot.
