The product itself seems to be of good quality. However, the screws that come with them are probably not grade 8. You are essentially trusting these screws with your life, you might want to run to the hardware store and get them grade 8. As for the installation, on my 2wd 03 Tundra: it was NOT easy. You'll need to cut 3/8" off the shock's threads to allow the gasket to sit flush. The hardest part is getting your forearm down just enough to align the bolt holes.
