The fact that Truata is able to provide us with all of our needs for an effective CRM system. They have helped us in many different ways, from setting up our new website and email marketing to helping us get our first customers. We are very happy with Truata. I would not say they were anything but professional and helpful during our entire relationship. I can't think of anything we dislike about them at this time.
