Review on Immersive Gaming Audio: Logitech G935 Wireless DTS:X 7.1 Surround Sound LIGHTSYNC RGB Headset - Black/Blue by Jason Unruh

Not worth buying - Won't start or work in stereo

I've been using this for a year now and can tell: - It goes mono all the time so you only hear sound from one of the ear sets. You literally have to start tinkering with it like a Russian machine until it works on both. During the meetings, I had to turn on my headphones until the sound went back to stereo. This proves that there was no real quality check on Logitech's part. This was the 3rd g935 I know of in the last 12 months that had this problem (out of 3 I've had the opportunity to test. So 100% failure on this Logitech part). You'll have to turn your headphones off and on again to see if that fixes the problem. This happens randomly. - There's really no way to permanently turn off the light, so waste your battery on something you can't even see for yourself. - Changing the sound setting from digital to analog in Windows or Linux drives the headset crazy. in terms of input, output, or both. before that you have to turn them off.- Turns off automatically even when you record a video or in a meeting after an hour or 2. The settings in Windows with the official tool (even after updating the firmware) were disclosed, so it became tried not do but it still happens. There are other issues, like the lack of a low battery warning and the need to always plug it into the charging cable, but in general Logitech has been making crappy hardware for a while. Don't even get me started on MX mice, wherever we go, mice and other stuff I've always carried with me. They stopped listening to customers a few years ago.
