A little difficult to operate. You will need two people to do this job. One person lies on the foam pad while the other person holds the vacuum cleaner. I used a Dyson Animal vacuum and the largest Home Depot vacuum they make. None of them are powerful enough to suck air out without someone crushing the mattress. Our topper is a 4 inch memory foam that we use for our company air mattress. Once you've flattened and rolled it up, you'll need more than the two straps that come with it. I've added two more 2" wide Velcro straps to help hold it together. It's been holding up well for two months now, no leaks. It really makes storing the mattress topper a breeze. In my opinion, it's worth buying.
