This item is very well designed and of good quality. There are a few things that I feel are needed to improve this product. First, provide clear, detailed instructions in the manual. Secondly, the distance between the operator and the device can be greatly improved. It's not bad if you're on a boat, but if you're at the beach it's not so good. Third, the camera controls need to be improved. Rotate the camera and find a way that the camera is also horizontal when f1 moves forward or backward. This item got 5 stars for another reason: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
