I like how easy it is to use, very simple interface. The ability to have multiple users working in different locations yet still able to see what each one has done at any given time. It was difficult to find out if you could share folders between clients or not. We are using this software as part of our business process where we need people from many departments (and countries) to work together on projects. This allows us to keep track of who did what when and gives everyone access to all files without having to email them back and forth.
