Review on Pro-Posal by Jeff Henkhaus

The most useful thing about Pro-Posal is that I can upload pictures to my estimates and then link them to my Pro-Posal account. This means I can find pictures easily when I need them. The layout of the site is not very user friendly and there is a lot of clicking back and forth necessary to find what you want. I wish there was a way to have the search function pull up all the entries in the database for a specific field. For example, I can search for a customer and get a list of all my projects for that customer, however the customer information is not included in the search. This is very frustrating at times. I use Pro-Posal to manage my estimates and to communicate with customers and vendors. It is helpful to have everything in one place. The best thing I like about this is how fast it takes to get your estimates done at work, since i am in charge of getting my own jobs completed quicker than others can do them myself or give me an accurate quote for what they need! This has helped us save some cash by being able not having extra expenses when doing projects we are hired out too!! Sometimes its difficult trying find exactly which product fits with our needs so well but once found there's no issues using these products again.
