The ability to create channels with different rules sets. It allows you as an admin user to customize your own set of rules (including blocking) per channel without needing other admins or support staff to do so. This can be time consuming when managing many channels in one area. You also have to keep track of changes made by others if using 3rd party integrations like Slack. Make sure there are enough people on board from day 1. With our current setup we're looking at 20+ active users before having any kind of impactful engagement. We've been able to add more tools than I initially thought possible given the limitations of their free plan.
