I've read reviews that it doesn't flex under load. I use it to move printers. My real complaint about the cart is that the floor you put things on is very short. I would like to be bigger to place items more securely. You can't just use the handle to tip it back onto the wheels if the item is heavy. It will bend or break. The strap helps with tipping back and not all of the weight is on the bottom. This works for me as I have toner to ship most of the time. I will use it I use it for small/medium sized printers but for something larger I use a different carriage. nice for the price.
