I bought this to replace a similar hand truck I had for about ten years before it broke due to the swivel wheels. It is very important that the wheel mechanism is well lubricated. I should have followed that advice. This hand truck is very similar to my old one and is great for transporting 5 gallon water bottles, donation boxes and many other things you need to transport. I can't speak to its durability, but I plan on making it last at least another ten years.

I've read reviews that it doesn't flex under load. I use it to move printers. My real complaint about the cart is that the floor you put things on is very short. I would like to be bigger to place items more securely. You can't just use the handle to tip it back onto the wheels if the item is heavy. It will bend or break.
