As noted in another review, 4 devices had completely different values and none of them were close to reality on both temperature and humidity, although one had a close temperature, and 2 had similar humidity levels but not on the same device. I have an old (from my wife's grandmother) analog temp/pressure/humidity sensor and an electronic temp/humidity sensor which are basically the same, but those devices were 10 degrees lower, 3 degrees higher and the humidity up to 10 % lower than the real one. measured by devices I trust. I wanted analog devices to be able to easily measure multiple different locations without the need for batteries, but they couldn't be trusted for anything of value. Also, the heads of the adjustment screws need to be significantly over-adjusted to set the spring tension, and *hopefully* loosening it will bring it closer to the correct temperature, but I wouldn't think the resulting spring tension would make a difference (I I didn't test and missed the setting out of frustration after getting close on both, one had a bad screw head for moisture, one popped out completely and I didn't even try the last one). While I was hoping for analog, I will be using digital for my various remote locations. Let me just say that I won't accept any replacements (suggested by another reviewer) as I don't accept as I don't want to add another dump.
